Editing Appointments
Modify any appointment by clicking it on the calendar.
Editing Details
- Click appointment on calendar
- Click 'Edit'
- Modify fields (client, treatment, time, notes, payment)
- Click 'Save Changes'
Rescheduling
Drag and drop: Click and hold an appointment, drag to new time slot, release.
Or edit manually: Edit → change date/time → Save.
Changing Status
| Status | When to Use | |--------|-------------| | Scheduled | Confirmed upcoming appointment | | Completed | Treatment finished | | Cancelled | Appointment cancelled | | No Show | Client didn't attend |
Change status via the Edit form or status dropdown.
Cancelling Appointments
- Click appointment
- Click 'Cancel Appointment'
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm
Cancelled appointments remain in history for records — they're not deleted.
Deleting Appointments
Use sparingly — only for duplicates or test data.
- Edit appointment
- Scroll to bottom
- Click 'Delete Appointment'
Deletion is permanent. For real cancellations, use Cancel instead.
Recording Payments
After treatment, update payment in the Edit form:
- Payment Status: Paid / Pending / Deposit
- Payment Amount
- Payment Method: Card / Cash / Bank Transfer
