How It Works
The Advisor uses Google Vertex AI with streaming responses. Before answering, it pulls your clinic context:
- Active treatments and pricing
- Staff members and their roles
- Business hours
- Recent revenue data
- Booking patterns
Your questions get answers relevant to your specific situation — not a generic clinic.
What to Ask
Pricing and services:
- "Should I add polynucleotide treatments to my menu?"
- "My lip filler is priced at £250. Is that competitive for my area?"
- "What's my highest-revenue treatment this month?"
Operations:
- "Which days are my busiest and which are underbooked?"
- "How can I reduce no-shows?"
- "What should my cancellation policy look like?"
Growth:
- "How do I market to clients who haven't booked in 90 days?"
- "What loyalty incentives work well for aesthetic clinics?"
Conversations
Each chat session is saved as a conversation. You can:
- Start a new conversation at any time
- Return to a previous conversation to continue where you left off
- View your full conversation history in the sidebar
Credits
The Business Advisor uses credits. One credit covers multiple messages (every 5 messages). Credits are included in your Aestheticc plan — check your current balance in Settings → Subscription.
