Document Center
Store, organise, and retrieve your clinic's business documents — insurance certificates, supplier contracts, training records, and anything else you need to keep on file.
Navigate to: Business Studio → Document Center
Uploading Documents
Drag a file onto the upload area or click to browse. Supported formats include PDF, Word documents, images, and spreadsheets.
Each document can have:
- Title — a clear name for search and display
- Category — group related documents together
- Description — optional notes about the document
Searching Documents
The search bar filters documents by title and description in real time. Use categories to narrow results further.
AI-Generated Consent Form Drafts
The Document Center integrates with Aestheticc's AI to draft consent form text. Provide the treatment name and key details — the AI generates a starting draft that you can then refine and publish as a consent template in Forms & Consent.
This is useful when adding a new treatment to your menu and you need a consent form quickly.
Categories
Create as many categories as you need:
- Insurance & Compliance
- Supplier Agreements
- Staff Records
- Training Certificates
- Marketing Assets
- Templates
Version Control
When you upload a new version of an existing document, previous versions are retained. You can see the upload history for any document and download older versions if needed.
