Point of Sale
The Aestheticc POS lets you ring up treatments, retail products, and packages in a single transaction — then ties everything back to the client record and appointment automatically.

What You Can Sell

All prices are verified server-side on checkout. The frontend cannot be manipulated to alter prices.
Payment Methods

Discounts and Adjustments
- Manual discounts — apply a fixed amount at checkout
- Membership discounts — auto-applied based on the client's active membership tier; no manual step required
- Gift vouchers — enter the code at checkout; partial redemption supported, balance carries over
- Tips — add a tip amount before finalising
- Tax — calculated at pence precision using your configured tax rate
Loyalty Points
Clients earn points automatically on every purchase. Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount. Loyalty settings (earn rate, redeem rate) are configured in Settings → Loyalty.
Inventory and Stock
Retail product stock decrements atomically at the moment of sale — two simultaneous checkouts cannot oversell the same item. Low-stock warnings appear in the product list and at checkout.
Appointment Sync
When a checkout is linked to an appointment, the appointment's payment status updates automatically to reflect what was collected. Outstanding balances remain visible on the appointment record.
