Analytics & Reports
Seven built-in reports give you a live view of clinic performance. All reports support date range filtering — week, month, quarter, or year — and compare the current period against the previous one automatically.
Navigate to: Dashboard → Reports
Available Reports
Revenue
Total revenue, previous-period comparison, average transaction value, and a daily breakdown chart. Revenue by treatment table shows which services drive the most income.
Bookings
Total bookings with period comparison, completion rate, status breakdown (confirmed, completed, cancelled, no-show), and daily booking counts.
Payments
Revenue split by payment method (card, cash, bank transfer), outstanding balance total with count of unpaid appointments, and refund totals.
Staff Performance
Per-practitioner breakdown: appointment count, completion rate, cancellations, no-shows, and revenue generated. Useful for identifying top performers and spotting coverage gaps.
Treatment Performance
Booking count vs. POS revenue side by side for each treatment. Surfaces the difference between what's popular (bookings) and what's profitable (revenue) — they're often not the same treatment.
Client Metrics
New clients, returning clients, total active clients, retention rate, and a top-10 client table ranked by appointment count.
Cancellation & No-Show Analysis
Cancellation count, no-show count, cancellation rate, no-show rate, and estimated lost revenue for the period. Compare against the previous period to see if your no-show policy is working.
Date Ranges
