Treatment Management

Define your service offerings — the treatments clients can book.

Quick Start

Navigate to: Settings → 'Treatments'

From here you can:

  • View all treatments
  • Add new treatments
  • Edit pricing and duration
  • Organise by category
  • Enable/disable treatments

Adding Treatments

  1. Click 'Add Treatment'
  2. Fill details:
    • Name (e.g., "Anti-Wrinkle - Forehead")
    • Category (e.g., "Anti-Wrinkle", "Fillers", "Facials")
    • Duration (include setup/cleanup time)
    • Price
    • Description (optional)
  3. Save

Pricing Options

| Type | Use For | |------|---------| | Fixed price | Standard treatments (e.g., £250) | | From price | Variable treatments (e.g., "From £150") | | Package | Course treatments (e.g., 6 sessions) |

Duration Tips

Include buffer time. A 45-minute treatment should be a 60-minute slot:

  • 5 min setup
  • 45 min treatment
  • 10 min cleanup/notes

Categories

Organise treatments into categories for easy navigation:

  • Anti-Wrinkle
  • Dermal Fillers
  • Facials
  • Laser
  • Skincare

Create categories in Settings → 'Treatment Categories'.

Active vs Inactive

  • Active: Visible and bookable
  • Inactive: Hidden from booking (use for seasonal or discontinued treatments)

Toggle status in the treatment edit form.
