Booking Appointments

Staff can book appointments from the calendar. Clients can book themselves via your Online Booking Link.


Staff Booking

Navigate to Calendar: Dashboard → 'Client Management' → 'Calendar'

To book:

  1. Click 'New Appointment' (top right) OR click an empty time slot
  2. Select client (or click '+ Add New Client' to create one)
  3. Select treatment — duration and price auto-fill
  4. Confirm date and time
  5. Add notes (optional)
  6. Click 'Create Appointment'

Client Online Booking

Clients can book themselves using your Online Booking Link.

Find your link: Settings → 'Business Profile' tab → 'Online Booking Link'

Share this link on your website, emails, or social media.

Appointment Reminders

If you've configured Twilio SMS, clients automatically receive:

  • 24-hour reminder before appointment
  • Confirmation when booked

FAQ

Can I book multiple treatments in one appointment? Currently one treatment per appointment. For combos, select the longest treatment and add notes about additional services.

What if a client doesn't exist yet? Click '+ Add New Client' in the client dropdown during booking.
