Compliance Dashboard

The Compliance Dashboard gives you a scored, section-by-section view of your clinic's regulatory standing. It checks the same things a CQC inspector checks — expired products, unsigned consent forms, incomplete records, lapsed credentials — and surfaces issues before they become findings.

Navigate to: Dashboard → Compliance

Scoring System

Each section produces a score from 0–100. Scores are combined into a weighted aggregate at the top of the page. Use the overall score to track your compliance health over time and identify which section needs attention first.

Sections

Batch Compliance

Checks your product inventory for:

  • Expired batches (past expiry date)
  • Batches expiring within 30 days
  • Batches added to inventory but never used in a treatment

Action: Remove or quarantine expired batches. Investigate unused batches.

Consent Forms

Checks the ratio of signed vs unsigned consent forms across your active client base.

A high unsigned rate means clients have had treatments without recorded consent — a serious gap for CQC and GDPR purposes.

Appointment Records

Scores appointment completeness based on:

  • Whether clinical notes were added
  • Whether batch usage was logged for injectable treatments

Appointments with no notes or no batch record lower your records score.

Team Credentials

Tracks staff records for:

  • Role assignments (each team member must have a role)
  • Indemnity insurance on file
  • Credentials expiring within 30 days

Action: Upload insurance documents and set expiry dates in team member profiles.

Prescriptions

Checks for:

  • Expired prescriptions
  • Orphaned prescriptions (not linked to an appointment or client)
  • Prescriptions still in draft status

Draft prescriptions that were never finalised are a common audit finding.

30-Day Warnings

All sections flag items expiring or becoming non-compliant within 30 days. This gives you time to act before something tips from amber to red. The warnings appear inline within each section — you do not need to run a separate report.
