Packages & Memberships
Packages let you sell courses of treatments up front and track sessions as they're used. Memberships give clients tiered discounts with automatic monthly billing via Direct Debit.

Packages
A package is a bundle of treatment sessions sold at a fixed price — for example, a course of 6 microneedling sessions or a Botox starter package covering consultation, treatment, and review.
What you configure:

How sessions are tracked:
When a client books or attends a session from a package, the used/remaining count updates on their client record. Practitioners can see remaining sessions on the appointment detail screen before treating.
Booking portal: Active packages appear on your public booking portal, so clients can purchase them directly without you needing to invoice manually.
Treatment Step Delays
Some treatment protocols require a fixed gap between sessions — for example, Botox consultation on Day 1, treatment on Day 3, and a 2-week review. You can configure minimum delays between steps in a package to prevent clients from booking too early.
Memberships
Memberships give clients a recurring monthly benefit — typically a percentage discount on all treatments — in exchange for a fixed monthly fee collected automatically via GoCardless Direct Debit.
Discount tiers:
Set up multiple membership levels (e.g., Silver 10%, Gold 20%, Platinum 30%). Each tier has its own monthly price and discount rate.
Auto-applied discounts:
When a client has an active membership, their discount applies automatically at every checkout type:
- POS in-clinic checkout
- Online deposits at booking
- Payment links
- Invoices
No manual step. No missed discounts.
GoCardless Direct Debit:
Clients authorise a Direct Debit mandate once. Monthly payments collect automatically. Unlike card subscriptions, mandates don't fail when cards expire or are replaced — reducing involuntary churn.
