Business Profile & Branding

Your business profile controls the core details of your clinic and how it appears to clients. With white-label branding, clients see your clinic's identity everywhere — not Aestheticc's.

Navigate to: Settings → Business Profile

Clinic Details

| Field | Notes | |-------|-------| | Business name | Appears in emails, booking portal, and client communications | | Address | Shown on your booking page and confirmation emails | | Phone | Displayed on your booking portal | | Email | Used for reply-to on transactional emails | | Website | Optional link shown to clients | | Description | Short blurb displayed on your public booking portal |

Opening Hours

Set your hours for each day of the week. Hours are used by the booking portal to calculate real-time availability — clients can only book during open hours.

You can mark individual days as closed (e.g., Sundays).

Logo

Upload your clinic logo. It appears in:

  • The Aestheticc sidebar (visible to your team)
  • Your public booking portal header
  • Client-facing emails and confirmation pages

Recommended size: at least 400px wide, PNG or SVG with a transparent background.

Favicon

The small icon that appears in the browser tab. Upload a square image (32×32px or 64×64px, PNG or ICO format).

When a client visits your booking portal, your favicon appears in their browser tab — not Aestheticc's.

Custom Domain

Point your own domain (e.g., book.yourclinic.co.uk) to your Aestheticc booking portal. SSL is provisioned automatically.

Setup

  1. In Settings → Business Profile, enter your desired custom domain
  2. Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to the address shown
  3. Wait for DNS to propagate (usually under 1 hour)
  4. SSL certificate is provisioned automatically

Once active, your booking link becomes https://book.yourclinic.co.uk instead of the default Aestheticc URL.

White-Label Appearance

Aestheticc is designed to disappear. When branding is configured:

  • Your logo replaces any Aestheticc branding
  • Emails come from your domain and display your clinic name
  • The booking portal shows your colours and identity

Competitors like Fresha keep their own branding on every client-facing page. Aestheticc does not.
