Settings is where you configure everything about how Aestheticc works for your clinic — your profile, team, treatments, payment integrations, and the public booking portal.
Navigate to: Settings (gear icon in the sidebar)

Business Profile
Your clinic's core details — name, contact info, address, and opening hours. This information appears throughout Aestheticc and on your booking portal.

Team
Invite staff members and assign roles. Role-based access controls what each person can see and do:
- Owner — full access including billing and settings
- Practitioner — appointments, clients, and their own schedule
- Receptionist — bookings and client records, no financial data
Treatments
Your service menu. Each treatment has:
- Name and description
- Price and duration
- Booking availability rules
- Linked consent forms (auto-sent after booking)
Integrations
Connect the tools your clinic depends on:
