Your public booking page lets clients book treatments 24/7 without calling or messaging. It shows your branding, your treatment menu, and only the availability that actually exists.

How It Works

Aestheticc generates a unique booking URL for your clinic. Share it anywhere — your website, Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or email signature. Clients arrive at a branded page showing your treatments and can book instantly.

Branding

The booking portal uses your clinic's identity:

• Logo and clinic name in the header
• Primary colour for buttons and accents (set in Business Profile)
• Your address and contact details shown to clients

With a custom domain configured, your booking link can be https://book.yourclinic.co.uk.

Treatment Menu

Only published treatments appear on the booking portal. Each listing shows:

• Treatment name and description
• Price
• Duration

Clients can select a single treatment or multiple treatments in one booking.

Availability

Availability is calculated in real time from:

• Your opening hours
• Existing appointments (no double-booking)
• Practitioner schedules

The booking portal shows a 90-day horizon by default — clients can book up to 90 days in advance.

Package Booking

If you have packages configured, clients can book package sessions directly from the public booking link. The system tracks remaining sessions against the package.

Automatic Form Triggers

When a client books a treatment with a linked consent form, the form is sent automatically via SMS after booking. The client receives a secure link and can complete it on their phone before the appointment.

Fraud Prevention

The booking portal is protected by reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which blocks automated fake bookings without requiring clients to solve a visible challenge. This runs silently in the background on every booking submission.

Sharing Your Booking Link

Your booking link is shown at the top of Settings → Online Booking. Copy it and add it to:

• Your Instagram and Facebook bio
• Your Google Business profile ("Book an appointment" button)
• Your website header or footer
• Email signatures

You can also embed the booking flow directly on your website using the embed code shown in Settings.
