Payment Links & Online Checkout

Generate a shareable link and send it to a client via SMS or email. They pay online through Stripe's hosted checkout — you don't need to be present.

What You Can Use Links For

• Deposits — collect a deposit at booking before the appointment
• Invoices — send a payment request after treatment
• Treatment packages — full payment for a course of treatments
• Gift vouchers — let clients pay for vouchers online

Creating a Link

From the client record or an appointment, choose Request Payment and enter the amount and description. A unique payment link is generated instantly.

Links expire after a configurable window (1 hour to 7 days, default 24 hours). You can send the link directly from the app via SMS, or copy it to share manually.

What the Client Sees

The client opens the link in any browser and sees a Stripe-hosted checkout page branded with your business name. They can pay with:

• Any major debit or credit card
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later) — if enabled on your Stripe account

Membership Discounts

If a client has an active membership, the discount applies automatically at checkout — the discounted amount is charged, not the full price. The checkout description shows the discount percentage applied.

Fees

Funds transfer to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
